Cooking Instructions:

  • Grill shell-side down over medium/heat for 5–6 mins, then flip and cook for 2–3 more mins.
  • Bake at 200°C for 12–14 mins with garlic butter and herbs.
  • Steam for 8–10 mins until opaque and tender.
